SummerStage is a summer music series that occurs each summer in New York City's Central Park. FTL approached Charles Cosler Theatre Design and Alec was assigned to work with them to develop a new, more aesthetically interesting enclosure for the stage that could be put up and struck each year in a week's time. The tensile structure includes support for stage lighting as well as rigging for plastic mesh curtains to keep out the rain.
