PROJECT DETAIL
The Rialto Theater opened in 1922 as a silent movie house. The Center for Creativity, a non-profit which purchased the theater in 2019, envisions it as a community gathering space for creating, experiencing, and enjoying art in many forms including art and literature as well as film and live performance. Stages’ scope included concept design and a programming study, which was completed in 2023. Design of this project is underway with Mills + Schnoering Architects.
