With a vision to enhance the cultural landscape of the Miami Gardens community, this long-awaited center will house a performing arts center and feature a culinary arts institute, a STEM facility, flexible classrooms and gathering spaces for a wide range of community events. Adjacent to Miami Gardens City Hall, the Miami Gardens Performing Arts Center (PAC) will span approximately 74,000 square feet across three levels.
In Step 1 of this transformative project, Stages’ scope included programming, adjacencies, and concept design drawings for the facility, which includes a 1,200-seat theatre and a black box theatre. This study was completed in 2024. This project is in design.
