The Freeman Arts Pavilion is a seasonal, open-air performance venue which will showcase music, dance, theatre and children’s programs. Stages provided theatre design and acoustic consulting services on programming studies and request for proposal for architect selection on the amphitheatre which includes 850 fixed seats, 100 VIP seats under a roof and space on an open lawn for 3,000 more. There will be ample back-of-house amenities including dressing and performer hospitality rooms for up to 20 performers, and ample crew rooms. Front of house will be several support buildings for box office, concessions, rest rooms, and VIP amenities. Stages is providing theatre planning, acoustics and production sound and audio-visual design services for this project, which is in design.
