Cape Henlopen School District is constructing a 600-student middle school to address increased enrollment within the district. The district demolished parts of an elementary school built on 1921 to make space for the new middle school, the district’s third. Stages’ scope includes theatre planning and audio-visual design for the auditorium. This project is in design and will complete construction for the 2024-25 school year.
