The goal of this project was to create a Marine Culture and Pop Music Center that highlighted the unique character of Kaohsiung City while satisfying the needs of the local people, the industries and future trends. The pop music component of the Project was intended to create a Southern Taiwan incubator for pop music.

The design team was awarded 5th place.
