PROJECT DETAIL
Opened as a silent movie house in 1925, The Belcourt Theatre continues to host classic and independent films. Today, the venue’s mission is to offer the community innovative film programming, concerts and other live performances and educational programs focusing on visual literacy. A $5M renovation updated the façade, restored the theatrical fly loft and installed new rigging. The lobby and restroom facilities were updated to be accessible. The theatre reopened to the public in July 2016.
