Avenel Arts Village

The Avenel Arts Village, a much-anticipated development project, provides the local community with over 50,000 square feet of art-themed retail space, a 225-seat theatre, a recording studio and broadcast suite, and apartments. Built on the site of an abandoned 27-acre industrial complex, this project was partially funded through a grant from the Cultural and Arts Fund for Middlesex County. Stages’ scope of work included theatre planning, acoustics, and audio-visual systems design for the theatre, recording studio and broadcast suite. This project opened in April 2019.
