Kristen Tunney
Kristen Tunney works as Project Administrator at Stages. Kristen’s role is to make sure information is always moving in the right direction at the right time. She ‘stage manages’ our projects, enforcing design deadlines; recording meeting minutes; tracking RFIs, shop drawings, and other construction documentation.
Her focus is on building and maintaining cohesive systems to enhance efficiency and support for staff efforts in the field. Kristen distributes RFIs and submittals to team members and subcontractors, relaying any outstanding items to the team for resolution. She also attends coordination meetings and keeps a record of design changes and tasks. Kristen’s role is to make sure that information is always flowing in the right direction at the right time, and making sure we do everything that we say we will.
Prior to joining Stages, Kristen was a Business Coordinator at Charcoalblue and held multiple positions at Pathable by Community Brands, an events management and cloud services provider. Her extensive performing arts management experience includes work with the South Orange PAC, State Theatre Center for the Arts, and the Geyer Performing Arts Center.
Kristen holds a Master of Arts from NYU in Performing Arts Administration, and a B.A. in Film/Video from Penn State.
