The 311 Arts Center in Lansdale is part of a Borough-initiated downtown revitalization plan. The arts center will contain a 200-seat proscenium theatre and two flexible performance spaces in addition to classrooms, studios, galleries and a café. This creative reuse of an existing retail building is designed.
